Edible
Piedmont is a community-based publication that promotes
the abundance of local foods in the greater Piedmont area
of North Carolina (Triad, Triangle and Charlotte). We celebrate
the growers, producers, retailers, artisans, chefs, bakers,
home cooks, and others who energize our community with authentic,
locally based food choices.
Edible Piedmont is intended for those who are interested
in:
Eating delicious, locally grown, seasonal foods
Getting to know the people who grow, produce, cook and
sell those foods
Learning more about what's available in the Piedmont in
terms of great dining, day trips, food events, and festivals;
